The start of a fat loss program is the easy bit, it’s exciting! You’re motivated – “It’s going to work this time”. But a few weeks in and you hit a bump in the road; stress at work, a friend’s birthday, kids not sleeping and, before you know it, you’re back to your old habits (with an added sprinkle of disappointment) Sound familiar? Well, many of us have been there.
That’s why we have created the Team Get Lean program. We know that consistency and adherence are arguably the two biggest factors affecting and limiting individuals that are trying to drop body fat.
When part of Team Get Lean we will improve both your consistency and adherence by –
- Accountability – You will be training, reporting your nutrition numbers and weighing in alongside other members of the team. Not only this, but you will also be assigned a personal coach who you will check in with once per week. We will be keeping a close eye on you.
- Education – Knowledge is key. The chances are we can improve your knowledge when it comes to what to eat, when and why. We will also keep you interested by sharing lots of easy, tasty recipes and food ideas. We all have habits when it comes to food – we will increase the good ones and obliterate the bad. You will be set up for ongoing success.
- Personal Training – The Team Get Lean program includes 10 weeks of effective weight training and aerobic conditioning in a class environment.
