There is only one way to experience Proathlon – give it a go

Our 6-week challenge is the best way to kick start your health and fitness. Learn how to train safely and effectively, build consistency and create new habits. In 6-weeks you will increase strength and fitness, reduce body fat and will feel awesome.

Initial assessment, movement screen and body composition testing

The starting point of your fitness journey. We will meet individually and take the time to understand your goals and current lifestyle. After assessing your mobility and fitness level we will build a programme that will help you progress.

12 or 18 Small Group Personal Training Sessions.

Either way, you’ll receive highly effective coaching which will get you results.

Nutrition planning

We will remove the confusion that often surrounds nutrition and provide you with sound, research backed advice. Together we will build a plan that is health focused, sustainable and in line with your specific goals.

Support & accountability

Weekly check-ins with your trainer to monitor progress, answer questions and to hold you accountable.

OUR CHALLENGE FAQS

That’s ok, we will discuss & assess your injury in greater detail during your initial assessment. We can then programme around your injury and provide rehab drills for you to complete at home.

What if I’m a complete beginner?2023-09-25T14:16:30+01:00

Great, we were all beginners at some point. You’ll have a highly experienced coaching team around you, and so you’ll learn how to train safety and effectively right from the get go.

What if I am away during the challenge?2023-09-25T14:19:19+01:00

That’s ok. Work and holidays can often get in the way. Let us know at the start of the challenge and we will extend the challenge by a week or two.

What happens after the challenge?2023-09-25T14:20:12+01:00

Your After completing the 6-week challenge you will have the opportunity to become a full member of Proathlon. Just think how far we can take your health and fitness in 6 months or a year.

Do you have changing facilities on-site?2023-09-25T14:22:32+01:00

Yes we do. Both changing rooms have 3 showers, hair dryers, hair straighteners, toiletries and towels are provided.

What is your cancellation policy?2023-12-20T10:16:18+00:00

We require 12 hours notice for cancellations.

Do I need a base level of fitness before I start?2023-12-20T10:47:55+00:00

Absolutely not. We can adjust the intensity of the session according to the individual. That’s the beauty of small group personal training, we’re able to coach effectively and provide personalised coaching.

Small group personal training sessions are 45 minutes.

All sessions are booked via the PROATHLON app.
