RESULTS-BASED TRAINING

Our training sessions focus on improving mobility & co-ordination, increasing strength, building muscle and losing fat. You will look, move and feel better.

ACCOUNTABILITY

It takes time to create new habits. You’ll be assigned an accountability coach who will be there to coach you, offer support and keep you on track for the time you’re away from Proathlon.

GAIN KNOWLEDGE

Learn how and why we train the way we do. Improve your knowledge and understanding on nutrition, stress management and recovery and its interrelation with body composition, mood, energy levels, sleep and overall health. Learn yourself to better health.

PROGRESS

This is what motivates us. We monitor your performance in the gym and all the data you send us from your daily check-ins. Doing this enables us to keep you progressing in the right direction.
