Our 6-week challenge is the best way to kick start your health and fitness. Learn how to train safely and effectively, build consistency and create new habits. In 6-weeks you will increase strength and fitness, reduce body fat and will feel awesome.
Initial assessment, movement screen and body composition testing
The starting point of your fitness journey. We will meet individually and take the time to understand your goals and current lifestyle. After assessing your mobility and fitness level we will build a programme that will help you progress.
12 or 18 Small Group Personal Training Sessions.
Either way, you’ll receive highly effective coaching which will get you results.
Nutrition planning
We will remove the confusion that often surrounds nutrition and provide you with sound, research backed advice. Together we will build a plan that is health focused, sustainable and in line with your specific goals.
Support & accountability
Weekly check-ins with your trainer to monitor progress, answer questions and to hold you accountable.
