You can book sessions 6 weeks in advance. Equally, if there is space 5 mins before the session starts you can also join.

The free consultation takes around 20mins. It is an opportunity for us to find out about you and your training goals and to see how we can help. We will also be able to show you around our facility and provide full details of our training programme. All new members start with our 6-week challenge membership. Simply fill out your details in the book a free consultation link below and we will book a time for you to visit. If you decide to join, we can get your membership set up at the gym.
We are on Ludgate Hill, opposite St Paul’s cathedral in the City of London. We’re two minutes’ walk from City Thameslink, less than ten minutes’ walk from Cannon Street and easily accessible from St Paul’s, Mansion House and Bank stations.
Small group personal training sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels. The restricted group size enables us to scale the session for the individual. During your initial assessment we will recommend which sessions are best to match your goals.
Personal training in small groups. Each session has a maximum of six members. That means hands-on, tailored training support, with the fun and motivation from training in a group.
