Why we do what we do
STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS
We believe strength training is for everyone. We teach you how to strength train safely and effectively in small groups of 6 people maximum. As well as increasing strength and improving your physique or figure, other benefits to strength training include; more energy, stress reduction, improved mental health, postural improvements, joint health, increased bone density and a reduction in injury risk.
SWEAT SESSIONS
Our sweat sessions are high energy, fun and demand a lot of calories. Sweat sessions help build cardiovascular fitness, whilst also work on improving movement skills, endurance and co-ordination, which compliment strength training sessions.
SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY
We are pretty competitive – we want you to win, to achieve your goals. So we will be there to support you when you are both in and out of the gym.
Accountability and consistency are key to success. All our members are assigned a personal coach who will check in with you regularly, monitor your progress (tracking both input and output) and will be there for ongoing support and advice.
You will also be invited to join The Training Hub our online community for other like-minded, goal seeking Proathloners!
NUTRITION EDUCATION
Forming new habits is key to long term improvements in health, fitness and body composition.
We know that if you understand the mechanisms behind these new habits then they are more likely to stick.
We provide a bite sized nutrition education series via our online platform so that you can up-skill your nutrition knowledge and learn yourself to better health.
