This class will teach you how to safely and effectively lift weights to increase strength and muscle mass in the upper body.
Depending on the training cycle, we use a variety of rep ranges, tempos, pauses and longer isometric holds to force adaption and ensure progress.

Let’s be honest, we all want a pair of strong, good-looking arms and a chiseled torso
This class will put your arms and shoulders through a high volume of sets and reps leaving them wondering, who they belong to. But don’t worry they will thank you for it after you’ve recovered.

BARBELL CLUB

Time to get STRONG! Traditional strength training using methods that have stood the test of time – Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Chin Ups/Pull Ups, Dips, Overhead Press.
High load (weight), low reps, long & complete recovery. this class is not open for members on our 10-week get fit programme.

This class will teach you how to safely and effectively lift weights to increase strength and muscle mass in the upper and lower body.
We recommend joining this class if you can’t get to an upper and lower body weight lifting class during the week.

CONDITIONING CLASSES
High energy, big calorie output classes designed to test your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. These classes are great for those seeking fat loss/weight loss and are a great method for testing your fitness.
FIT
FIT
Focused Interval Training (FIT) is an all bodyweight and medicine ball workout, which will get your heart rate pumping. Fast paced, very short rest periods and lots of Reps! The fitter you are the more reps you do! FIT is not only an awesome workout it is a great way to test your fitness and work capacity.

METCON
METCON
Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) is a high intensity class that will test both your physical and mental strength along with your ability to recovery between bouts.
A truly testing class that includes the use of crash mat sprints, weighted carries, inertia waves, battling ropes, wall balls, VersaClimber, The Jammer, kettlebells and many more. this class is not open for members on our 10-week get fit programme. MetCon requires a higher skill level than our FIT class due to the variety of different equipment being used under fatigue.

PUNCHOUT
PUNCHOUT
This is not a boxercise class! This is PunchOut – A technical boxing class that WILL teach you how to throw a punch from the ground up. Expect various combinations on the punch bags, pads and paddles. Gloves up and heart rate up (the latter is a certainty)
There is nothing more rewarding for our coaches than watching both our male and female members punch with precision and power. Individuals may need an introductory session before taking part.

A combination of rowing splits, bodyweight training & weight training that will target every major muscle group. Individuals may need an introductory session before taking part.
