Our 10-week Get Fit Programme of structured exercise and nutritional support, accountability and education will give you all the tools you need to lead a healthier lifestyle going forwards.

We believe in the longevity of educating our clients.

There is no quick fix.

Fat loss, weight loss, increases in muscle mass and strength will be the result of the program.

Following the 10 weeks, training can become more specific by joining either our Get Lean or Get Strong Programmes. 

WHY SO MANY PEOPLE FAIL AT CREATING NEW HABITS

Over zealous training – Motivation is highest at the start and people often think more is better. This often leads to burn out or the approach goes from all to nothing. People often think short-term not long-term.

Going too hard too soon – by joining high intensity, high skill exercise classes that they are not prepared for people are often left crippled for days and then lose motivation to train. 

Completely overhauling their nutrition – it’s all about sustainability. Going from one extreme to another is never ever going to work. Small, clever sustainable changes will. Again thinking long term rather than short term

WHY OUR PROGRAM WORKS & WHY IT IS THE RIGHT PROGRAMME FOR YOU

Our classes will be designed specifically for you.

The classes are predominately weight training. You will be taught the correct technique and how to lift. You will get stronger and more skilled.

The foundation classes will prepare you and your body for the more complex metabolic conditioning and High Intensity Interval Training style classes to join in the future. 

We believe that you should know how to execute one correct squat if you are going to do 100 of them in a class. Makes sense right?!

Training frequency/recovery

At first recovery between training sessions will be slow but this will improve with regular training. The programme starts training twice per week for the first four weeks and is then stepped up to three times per week for the remaining six weeks. 

“If recovery is going to be slow, why train everyday or join a class that you’re not prepared for, only to find that you can’t walk or move properly for the next 5 days?”

Nutrition coaching & education 

Our nutrition programme is educational, simple to follow and provides you with plenty of great tasting meal plans & suggestions. The following is included:

Nutrition basics presentation

You will be assigned to a trainer who you can get in contact 24/7. 

Weekly check in with your trainer

Meal plans for home cooking and eating around St Paul’s Cathedral 

Recipe book with hundreds of meals, all detailing their energy, protein, carbohydrate and fat profile.
