Small group training (SGT) is a challenging, enjoyable and motivating way to exercise – creating a spirit of friendship and competitiveness among the participants.
Each class is limited to 6 participants to allow individual coaching and is 45 minutes in duration, perfect to fit into an hour out of work.
Our very own boxing class. Expect various combinations using bags and pads. Individuals may need an introductory session before taking part
Focused Interval Training – Our version of HIIT using bodyweight and medicine balls
Metabolic conditioning class that includes the use of battling ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, watt bike sprints, crash mat sprints, weighted carries and more.

Prior to joining SGT clients are assessed and screened to prevent injury and facilitate appropriate coaching.
