Functional Training Classes
Providing a condensed version of our personal training programs. Each class focuses on flexibility, upper and lower body power, full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness.
Alternating between intense bouts of exercise and short rest periods. Clock up of the calorie burn and torch away any unwanted body fat.
Evening classes will be running 6pm & 7pm daily.
Our Group Training classes are:
- Small enough to allow individual coaching. The number of attendees is limited to no more than 6 per class.
- 40 minutes long – perfect to fit into an hour out of work. We found the 40-minute mark works perfectly. Why Because we don’t mess around. We go hard.
- Well designed and tough enough to force your body to adapt
- Full of like-minded people to keep it interesting, supportive, motivating and fun
We are offering a 25% discount on all evening class purchases throughout the month of January – Normal price £24 per class
