Make a big jar of this ahead of time so it’s quick to get up and get going with this delicious, healthy, breakfast cereal.

Pulse the oats, almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor until the ingredients are roughly chopped. Add to the remainder of the ingredients, mix together and store in a glass jar.

Add a nut or seed milk of your choice. Enjoy.


  • 2 C raw oats

  • 1 C almonds

  • 1 C sunflower seeds

  • ½ C goji berries

  • ½ C chia seeds

  • ½ C currants or raisins

  • ½ C cacao nibs

  • ½ C white mulberries

  • ¼ C lucuma powder

  • ¼ C hemp seeds

  • 1 C pulsin whey protein
