Base layer

  • Quinoa, cooked as packet instructions

Salad layer 

  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 red pepper
  • Half a cucumber
  • Handful of vine tomatoes
  • Quarter of an iceberg shredded finely
  • Generous handful of parsley
  • Bunch of mint
  • Lime juice

3rd layer

  • Sainsbury’s Moroccan topped Hummus

4th layer

  • Cauldron falafel bites.


Finely chop the celery and cucumber on an angle and quarter the vine tomatoes.

Chop the red pepper into thin strips and finely chop the herbs.

Add all these ingredients together with the lime juice.

Toss in the finely shredded lettuce and place on the quinoa.

Dollop a good amounts on hummus on top and then your freshly cooked falafel.
