Ingredients

  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 100g Gluten free oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond butter
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 75g Raspberries

 

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the oats, mix them together and allow the oats to soak for a few minutes. Add 2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon (If you don’t like cinnamon I would urge you to try it with these pancakes, most of the taste is masked by the oats and eggs). Heat a frying pan and add a little butter, pour in the pancake mix, cook for a few minutes each side, spread on plenty of almond butter and serve up. Enjoy.
