Your initial assessment at Proathlon includes;
Max strength and strength endurance tests
Using watt bike, just jump system, percentage weight tests and lifestyle questionnaire.
This objective assessment will allow us to set your SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timed) training goals.
Each training session will be planned, progressive and goal orientated.
